Health Services with the Urban Health Center
Newtown High School is proud to house within its walls the services offered by Urban Health Plan’s School-Based Health center! Below are a few of the services provided by the clinic for our students.
· Annual Physicals
· Immunizations or shots
· Urgent Care and Sick visits
· Reproductive Health Care
· Social Services
· Psychotherapy
· Nutrition
· Health Education
Students can stop by the School-Based Health Center in Room 366 or call 347-686-3690 to make an appointment. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM.
