Dear students,
You have been signing in for some or all your classes on Google Classroom; however you are not marking yourself present on the Newtown High School daily attendance page. This is like NOT SCANNING YOUR ID EVERY MORNING.
Please follow these instructions to mark yourself present:
1. Go to your Google Classroom homepage.
2. Click on the sign at the top right of the page.
3. Click on join class.
4. Enter the following code in the box that appears on your page: If your last name begins with the letter A to M: rpogp6n. If your last name begins with N to Z: 6ct25vt
5. The window for Newtown High School Attendance will appear; click on it.
6. After you click on the Newtown High School Attendance window, a list of options appear; click on daily attendance.
7. When the page appears that asks you to enter your 9-digit ID (OSIS) number; enter it carefully and click enter.
8. You have marked yourself present for the day.
(Now you only have to do steps 6-8 every day.)
YOU MUST DO THIS EVERY DAY AS SOON AS YOU LOG ON TO GOOGLE CLASSROOM OR YOU WILL HAVE 0% ATTENDANCE FOR THE DAY!!!
Make sure you log on to ALL your classes EVERY DAY.

Han estado entrando a por lo menos algunas de sus clases en Google Classroom; sin embargo, no se están marcando presente en la página de Newtown High School Attendance. Esto es como NO PASAR EL ID TODAS LAS MANANAS.
Por favor, sigan estas instrucciones para marcarse presente:
1. Vayan a su página de Google Classroom.
2. Hagan click en el signo de en la parte de arriba hacia la derecha de la página.
3. Hagan click en unirse a una clase.
4. Entren el código siguiente en la casilla que aparecerá en tu pantalla: Si su apellido comienza con A á M: rpogp6n. Si su apellido comienza con N a Z: 6ct25vt
5. The ventanilla para Newtown High School Attendance va a parecerá; hagan click ahí.
6. Después de hacer click en la ventanilla de Newtown High School Attendance, una lista de opciones sale; hagan click en Daily Attendance (Asistencia Diaria).
7. Cuando aparece la página que le indica que pongan su número de ID (OSIS) de 9 dígitos, éntrenlo con cuidado y hagan click en enviar.
8. Ya se han marcado presente para el día.
(Ahora solamente tienen que hacer los pasos 6 a 8 cada día.)
TIENEN QUE HACER ESTE PROCESO TODOS LOS DIAS TAN PRONTO QUE ENTREN A GOOGLE CLASSROOM O TENDRAN O% DE ASISTENCIA PARA EL DIA!!!
Hay que asegurarse de entran a TODAS sus clases CADA DIA.
