Last night, our very own Boys Varsity Baseball Coach, Ramon Canela, was honored with the 2025 Frank Tempone High School Coaching Excellence Award.
We celebrate the passion Coach Canela brings to the field and are reminded that his team embodies the pride he holds for Newtown, both as a former student and a former member of the baseball team. As a coach, college advisor, and a dedicated member of our community, Coach Canela continues to stand out, and this award is a testament to the significant impact he has on our school.
