The Art Department is proud to announce the winners of this year’s Newtown High School Storybook Competition. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read and judge our students’ creative and inspiring storybooks.
Congratulations to our award recipients:
- First Place: Rubina Rai – Sanu’s Adventure: Feast & Culture
- Second Place: Cindy Wu – The Umbrella Girl
- Third Place: Yizhen (Elaina) Gao – The Bigger Me
These outstanding works showcase the creativity, storytelling, and artistic talent of our students. Copies of the books are available in the school library for those who would like to explore them.
We invite all staff and students to join us in celebrating these achievements at the award ceremony on Tuesday, March 31 at 3:30 PM in Room 356. We hope to see you there as we recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our student artists.
