The NeuroDiversity Alliance (or ND Alliance for short!) is a nonprofit
organization that supports largest network of neurodiversity clubs
on college, university, and high school campuses nationwide. Our
vision is a world that values and embraces neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity is the concept that there is natural variation in the human brain that
leads to differences in how we think and behave. A “neurodivergent” person is
someone whose brain processes information in a way that is not typical of most
individuals. About 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent across a range of learning and
attention differences, including Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder,
Dyscalculia, Processing Disorders, Dysgraphia, and many others.
