Teacher Bio

Hello! I am Mrs. Connelly. 

This is my fifth year as a Special Education Teacher at Newtown High School. 

I am currently co-teaching English 11 classes.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture before I became a teacher. 

I am certified to teach Special Education 7-12 and All Grades (K-12) (Generalist).

I love to impart my love for learning to our young adult students here in Newtown. 

Helping them improve as learners and preparing them to become responsible and well-rounded adults are some of the reasons I became a teacher. 

I look forward to working with you to ensure your child's success in high school and beyond!
